Hands & Feet Organization
Our mission is to be a light in our community and live out our faith in God through the sharing of our time, talent, and treasure.
Hands & Feet embodies the stewardship core value of The Pelora Group by focusing on giving our time, talent, and treasure for the greater good.
We are a dedicated group of like-minded people working together to serve our community. Since 2018, we have donated more than $226,275 to over 115 charitable organizations and causes.
We are committed to living out our values personally and professionally. Our involvement in the community focuses on three tenets: community outreach, care, and philanthropy. These areas of focus support how we give our time back, the spiritual and mental care of those involved with our organization, and help us in providing meaningful donations to local organizations.
We take pride in conducting meaningful outreach, having consistent participation, and getting input from our firmâs advisors and staff who can submit an organization to receive our time, talent, or treasure.

Signature Service Days
We coordinate two service days per year for our team to give back to dedicated organizations in our area.
Recognition of individual/group service effortsÂ
Each year one affiliated associate of The Pelora Group is given our Hands & Feet Award highlighting their generous commitment and involvement with our community.
VTO (Volunteer Time Off)
We facilitate service opportunities during the typical work week for The Pelora Group staff.
Care Team
Designed to align a group of individuals dedicated to serving the emotional and tangible needs of our associates in times of celebration and sympathy.
Marketplace Chaplains
Personalized and proactive employee care service with Chaplain Care Teams which are voluntary to use, isolated from company operations, and strictly confidential.Â
RightNow Media @ Work
With more than 20,000 videos and interactive self-studies on topics like leadership, personal finance, marriage, and parenting, RightNow Media @ Work provides impactful content on demand.
Nomination Survey for Quarterly GrantsâÂ
Based on nominations by our advisors and staff, we typically provide 24 financial grants per year to the charities our team is directly involved with.
Charity/Philanthropic Giving Days
We host up to four charity days per year to support causes important and impactful in our community
Empowerment Scholarship
We established this scholarship fund to support underrepresented students interested in pursuing a degree in Finance or Risk Management in the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte.
