We act as an advocate of the advisor and associate voice. We directly support the connectivity between our firm’s purpose of helping you succeed by creating an intentional environment of success, trust, and belonging.

Develop strategies and programs that improve advisor, employee, and associate engagement and connectivity
Create our firm’s culture strategy and foster internal partnership across departments and teams in alignment with our core values (balance, growth, authenticity, conviction, and stewardship)
Coordinate diversity and inclusion programs to help attract and retain top talent
Plan and execute internal events and shared experiences to build an environment of success, trust and belonging
Prepare and deliver our firm’s internal communication strategy
Provide specialized project management including, but not limited to EOS®, Hands & Feet, and the Winning Through Culture podcast
